Meet Christopher Wilkes
Christopher’s journey into yoga began in 2006, during a season of heartbreak and profound self-reflection. What felt like an ending became the doorway into questioning old patterns, dissolving limiting beliefs, and seeking something more purposeful. In that quiet transitional space, a book found him—Do You! by Russell Simmons—and its insights ignited a new curiosity about meditation, breath, and the untapped power within.
At the same time, Christopher found himself feeling “old” long before his years, weighed down by debilitating back pain and the stresses of modern life. One morning, he followed an intuitive pull, rolled out of bed, and turned on a simple 30-minute TV class called Namaste Yoga. That short practice shifted everything.
He stood up afterward lighter, clearer, more open—astonished that pain he had carried for so long had suddenly eased. His body felt renewed. His spirit felt awakened. And from that moment forward, he knew he had stumbled into something that would reshape the course of his life.
What began as relief quickly transformed into devotion. Christopher dove headfirst into yogic philosophy, breathwork, and self-actualization practices that revealed a depth, discipline, and internal clarity he had been seeking for years. Over time, yoga became more than a practice—it became a lens through which he understood himself, his purpose, and the world around him.
Today, Christopher stands as a teacher who bridges ancient wisdom with grounded, embodied experience. His work centers on pranayama, energetic locks, internal alignment, and the subtle technologies that strengthen the spine, awaken vitality, and recalibrate the nervous system. His approach is steady, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that transformation is both a science and an art.
It is his immense honor—and true labor of love—to share these teachings, this path, and this awakening with you.
